Kelsey J. Young has dedicated her career to appellate advocacy since joining Parmele Law Firm, P.C., in 2012. Her focus has been on Social Security Disability appeals, federal district court litigation, and, in recent years, representing veterans before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Licensed in eight state supreme courts, seventeen federal district courts, the CAVC, and more on the horizon, she is passionate about standing up for those in need when they feel no one else will. Kelsey shares, “For me, appeals are not only about achieving the right outcome for my clients but also about ensuring fairness and accountability within the system. This work is both challenging and deeply rewarding, requiring patience, dedication, and compassion—and it is a privilege to fight for fairness on behalf of every client I represent.”
